What people ask most.
Do you already have a clinic running on this system?
Not yet, and we prefer to say so. What exists is the demo with fictional data, which you can open and click through, plus the base of systems we already run in production, with role-based access, billing and change history. Your clinic’s system is designed from the discovery call.
Does this replace my EHR?
A clinical EHR has its own regulatory requirements. In discovery we talk about what the system covers (scheduling, patients, follow-ups, billing) and what should stay in a dedicated EHR, integrating the two when it makes sense.
Is patient data safe?
Access is by role and password, with a record of who changed what and a daily backup. Patient data is sensitive: HIPAA requirements, including a signed Business Associate Agreement and where the data is hosted, are settled during discovery, before any real patient data enters the system.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. Management systems start at US$ 2,500 for implementation, plus a monthly fee of 10% of that price for hosting and maintenance. After the discovery call we send a proposal with a fixed price.
