How much does it cost?
Websites start at US$ 1,500 and management systems at US$ 2,500, for implementation. After that, a monthly fee of 10% of the implementation price (from US$ 150) covers hosting, backups, fixes and support. The final price is agreed in writing after the discovery call, before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on what has to be built. The timeline goes in the proposal, with partial deliveries from the first weeks so you can correct course early.
Do I own the source code?
Yes. The source code belongs to the client. Tervexa hosts and operates the system, and the monthly fee covers maintaining, fixing and updating it. Your data is yours too.
What if I want to leave?
There is no lock-in. Your data can be exported in a simple way, and automatic backups run every day.
Who supports me after launch?
The person who wrote the system. You talk directly to whoever knows the code, with no outsourced help desk in between.
Is my data safe?
Access is by role and password, there is a history of who changed what, and tested daily backups, SSL and security updates are included in the monthly fee. If you handle regulated data (health records, for example), we settle the legal requirements during discovery, before any real data enters the system.
Can you migrate what I already have in spreadsheets?
Yes. Data migration and training for the people who will use the system are part of the build.
Where are you based, and do you work with US clients?
We are based in Brazil and work remotely with clients in the US and elsewhere. Our time zone is within 1 to 4 hours of every US time zone, discovery calls happen by video, and calls and written communication are in English.
How do I pay?
Implementation is invoiced in US dollars: 50% at signing and 50% at delivery. The monthly fee starts after launch.
