One spreadsheet per auction
Each auction became a shared spreadsheet, started from scratch every time.
Case study · Auctions
From bidder registration to signed document, through the lot, the sale and the payment, everything tracked in one system, running in production for an auction house in Brazil.

The interface is in Portuguese, the client’s language. The same engine can be built in English.
Every auction became a new spreadsheet, started from scratch. Now the whole auction moves through one system, from registration to signed document.
The problem
Each auction became a shared spreadsheet, started from scratch every time.
Lot, bidder and payment were checked by hand, one by one.
Documents were scattered, with no control over who signed what.
How the auction moves
Each step is linked to the one before it, with a history of who did what.
Client, consignor and bidder are entered once, with history.
The lot is entered and linked to the auction and to who consigned it.
The winning bid creates the sale, linked to the lot and the buyer, with no retyping.
Finance shows what has been paid and what is missing, per bidder.
Documents are stored with the record, with control over who can access them.
What Tervexa delivers
In production in Brazil, hosted and maintained by Tervexa.
Integrated with the website
A lot entered in the Central appears on the public website, mbleiloes.com.br, with nobody retyping anything: automatic catalog, auction calendar and bidder sign-up.
You do not need to arrive with the project ready. Describe the routine that eats the most time from your team, and we will talk about what can be done, how long it takes and what it costs.
